Privacy Policy

Information we collect. We collect anonymous utility cost data such as ZIP code, property type, bedroom count, square footage range, and utility totals. We do not collect names, street addresses, or direct personal identifiers, and we do not attempt to re-identify users.

How we use it. Submitted information is aggregated to generate cost ranges, averages, and insights. Individual submissions are not displayed publicly and are used only in anonymized, aggregated form.

Technical data. We may automatically collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, or general location data to improve performance and security. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how it performs; these tools collect anonymized usage and performance data. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Data storage & security. Data is stored with third-party providers. We do not currently sell or share data with advertisers. Aggregated results are visible to all users; raw submissions are not.

Accuracy notice. Aggregated results are estimates based on user submissions and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

Updates. This policy may be updated as Utilio LLC evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
